Job Summary
Lead the launch and daily operations of a new outpatient physical therapy clinic as an Equity Partner. Drive clinic location selection, culture building, and team development while managing financial oversight and community outreach. You will recruit and interview staff, oversee clinical performance, and leverage the De Novo Business School's proven framework to open doors successfully. Work alongside experienced leaders who have opened 400+ clinics, utilizing ScribeIQ to maximize patient interaction time. This role offers full salary before launch, competitive bonuses, and equity ownership within Ivy Rehab's network of 500+ locations.
