Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end launch and operation of a startup outpatient clinic in Danville, Virginia, with full authority over location selection, team development, culture building, and patient experience. Manage clinic operations, financial management, and community outreach while recruiting, interviewing, and retaining teammates. Receive comprehensive training in leadership, clinic operations, and financial management before launch, supported by marketing, HR, legal compliance, IT, and RCM resources. Earn a base salary of $100,000–$115,000 annually plus a competitive bonus plan and true equity ownership once the clinic launches.
