Job Summary
Lead clinic operations and drive patient growth as an Equity Partner, leveraging your Physical Therapist license to build a startup clinic from the ground up. Manage team development, recruiting, and financial oversight while shaping clinic culture and location strategy. Work closely with experienced leaders to execute a proven path to success, utilizing support in marketing, legal compliance, and IT. You will gain access to the De Novo Business School training, residency programs, and the ScribeIQ documentation tool to maximize clinical time. This opportunity offers full salary before launch, true equity ownership, and a competitive bonus plan once the clinic opens.
