Job Summary
On-call Physical Therapist conducts evaluations and treatments, designs and monitors home exercise programs, and educates direct care staff. Collaborates with PTAs/aides and interdisciplinary team to review plans, participates in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives, oversees equipment, schedules clients, and documents progress. This role supports maternity-leave coverage with flexible on-call hours, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with potential for more regular hours during the maternity period.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Member of the American Physical Therapy Association
- 2+ years’ experience with Adult Neurologically Disabled/TBI population preferred
