Physical Therapist - Old Irving Park Full time Days

Conduct direct patient care, teaching, and leadership activities for physical therapists and clinical interns. Maintain primary responsibility over patient plans of care from initial contact to discharge, collaborating with PTAs and physicians while documenting evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the electronic medical record. Provide educational materials, participate in department committees and special projects, and mentor students in clinical programs. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, reduce costs, and maintain productivity standards per department expectations. Flex schedule to meet patient care needs and staff meetings outside normal hours.
