Job Summary
Provide PRN coverage for the Waco outpatient clinic, working with clinicians to help patients achieve individual care plan goals and milestones. Deliver timely and accurate documentation using Casamba-Web Based systems and Therapy Source, while interpreting assessment and diagnostic data from medical notes and surgery reports. Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed correctly, promote continuous quality improvement, and instruct or counsel patients and families as needed. Requires current state licensure and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Certified BLS
- Completion in first 90 days of employment
