Job Summary
Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with physician direction. Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients while ensuring functional treatment programs support effective return to community activities. Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, coworkers, and self. Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, therapy service development, and program delivery. This role supports SSM Health Physical Therapy's network of 80+ outpatient centers specializing in sports, orthopedic, and work-related injury treatment across the St. Louis Metro area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
