Job Summary
Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and progress individualized treatment plans, and provide patient education for discharge planning. Participate in departmental initiatives, communicate effectively with rehab team members, and facilitate professional growth to improve overall performance. Deliver discipline-specific therapy services and design program delivery while maintaining high standards of care. This role offers a full-time Monday-Friday schedule with a competitive salary range of $86,000 to $110,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
