Job Summary
Provide PRN coverage for Killeen and Temple outpatient clinics, working with clinicians to help patients achieve goals outlined in individual care plans. Interpret assessment and diagnostic data from medical notes and surgery reports, ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. Deliver timely and accurate documentation using Casamba-Web Based systems and Therapy Source while instructing and counseling patients and families as needed. Promote continuous quality improvement within the clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Certified BLS
- Completion in first 90 days of employment
