Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and progress individualized treatment plans, and provide patient education to caregivers. Plan appropriate discharge when medical necessity no longer indicates skilled therapeutic care. Participate in departmental initiatives and facilitate professional growth while communicating effectively with the rehab team. Perform other duties associated with patient care and program delivery. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with 40 hours weekly. Competitive salary of $86,000-$110,000 annually plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus. APTA-accredited degree and valid New Jersey license required; prior orthopedics experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
