Job Summary
Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments for pelvic floor dysfunction, managing a daily case load of 10-12 patients. Interpret diagnostic data from medical notes and surgery reports to ensure accurate medical order transcription and processing. Provide instruction and counseling to patients and families while maintaining timely documentation in TherapEBridge. Promote continuous quality improvement within the outpatient pelvic health team.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Certified BLS
