Job Summary
Evaluate individuals referred for physical therapy services, establish diagnoses, prognosis, and treatment plans, and re-assess ongoing treatment effects. Collaborate with care delivery teams and supervise physical therapist assistants and aides. This role requires strong orthopedic and neuro skills, with vestibular therapy experience preferred. The position involves two evening shifts at the Oconomowoc outpatient clinic, Monday through Friday, without holiday or weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher
- Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure
- Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Strong orthopedic and neuro skills required
- This position requires two evening shifts until close on two non-consecutive evenings
- We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with vestibular therapy is highly preferred
- At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred
