Job Summary
Outpatient pediatric clinician opportunities for Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists. You will provide individualized one-to-one therapy to children from birth to age 21, with family involvement and home exercise carryover. The role supports mentorship and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team across Ivy Rehab for Kids, with pathways for Staff PTs and Clinic Directors, and may include options such as CEU reimbursement, leadership development, residency programs, and potential relocation assistance. New grads are welcome, and the meet-and-greet opportunity is offered to learn about locations, mentorship, and career goals. Openings include full-time, part-time, and PRN positions at existing and startup clinics, with a focus on delivering world-class pediatric care and contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed PT/OT/SLP in applicable state or eligible for licensure
- Experience in pediatric outpatient settings preferred but not required
- Ability to work one-on-one with children and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
