Job Summary
YOU'RE INVITED TO OUR PEDIATRIC VIRTUAL MEET AND GREET for Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists! An outpatient pediatric clinician role offering one-on-one sessions with children birth to 21, with emphasis on family involvement, home exercise plans, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Opportunities include Staff PTs and Clinic Directors for existing and new clinics, mentorship, leadership development, CEU reimbursement, sign-on/relocation incentives, and a pathway through Ivy Rehab's clinical ladder. The event focuses on learning more about locations in Virginia, New Jersey, and North Carolina, mentorship opportunities, and the potential to join Ivy Rehab for Kids across PT, OT, SLP, and ABA services. New grads welcome; roles available as Full Time, Part Time, and PRN, with a strong emphasis on growth, autonomy, and world-class pediatric care.
Required Qualifications
- PT licensure in appropriate state(s)
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy/Speech-Language Pathology (as applicable)
- eligibility for Virginia/New Jersey/North Carolina licensure or licensure transfer
- New grads welcome
- clinical experience in pediatrics (preferred)
- ability to work in a team-multidisciplinary setting
- patient-centered clinical reasoning
- ability to schedule and conduct virtual/remote meetings (for meet and greet)
- willingness to participate in mentorship and leadership programs
- CEU reimbursement expectations
- relocation assistance understanding (if applicable)
- clinic-director track interest (for certain roles)
