PHYSICAL THERAPIST-O/P REHAB

Design and implement treatment plans for patients of all ages based on assessment findings regarding upper and lower extremity function, balance, coordination, and pain. Evaluate muscle strength, range of motion, endurance, and skin integrity while documenting assessments and interventions accurately. Educate patients and family members to achieve maximum independence, participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, and supervise PT, PTA, and aide students as needed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety policies and National Patient Safety Goals. Licensed Physical Therapist with CPR certification required.
