Job Summary
Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments and creating personalized care plans, addressing patient concerns, and building meaningful relationships to support recovery in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with the care team to understand patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs and celebrate progress throughout the rehabilitation journey.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
