Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic physical therapy by developing individualized care plans and providing high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy. Collaborate with peers in a values-driven team, continue professional growth through Upstream’s education and development programs, and pursue mentorship with structured onboarding and ongoing opportunities (including in-house residency/fellowship programs). Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
