Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans for an average daily caseload of 13 patients. Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based interventions while providing patient and caregiver education on home programs. Supervise and mentor PTAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care, and collaborate with referring providers for case reviews. Accurately complete all EMR documentation and maintain compliance with Arizona PT licensure requirements and CEUs.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
- Experience managing an outpatient orthopedic caseload
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Manual therapy and/or dry needling experience preferred but not required
