Job Summary
Develop individual treatment plans for patients using evidence-based techniques to maximize functional outcomes within an interdisciplinary environment. Provide physical therapy services to patients while collaborating with the team to ensure quality care. Maintain a positive attitude and act as a reliable team player in a family-oriented atmosphere. Requires a Tennessee Physical Therapist license and an APTA accredited degree; prior SNF experience is a plus. Full-time position with performance-based wage rate increases and competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
