Job Summary
NHC Place Sumner seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) to join their in-house therapy team focusing on quality care in skilled, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care settings. The ideal candidate will work weekdays and 1 weekend per month, demonstrating flexibility, teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. A graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapy program and possession of a valid Tennessee PT license are required. Prior experience in skilled nursing facilities is valued. Required Qualifications
- Must be flexible, a team player, reliable, and have a positive attitude
- Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited BS, MS, or DPT level course in Physical Therapy
- Must have Tennessee Physical Therapist (PT) license
Desired Qualifications
- Prior SNF experience a plus
