Job Summary
The Physical Therapist at NHC HomeCare McMinnville supervises and participates in the application of physical therapeutic techniques for patients with disabilities, injuries, or diseases. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising physical therapy services, providing treatments as ordered by physicians, evaluating and planning treatment programs, and instructing staff in their roles. Candidates must possess a relevant degree and licensure, with one year of supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a BS or MS level course in physical therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Licensed or registered under the statutes of the state practicing in
- One year’s experience in a supervisory role

- Active member of the state and national Physical Therapy Association preferred
- Experience in a supervisory role preferred
