Physical Therapist (New Grads Welcome!)

The Physical Therapist will provide acute care physical therapy services in an outpatient setting within a hospital, performing evaluations, developing care plans, and delivering mobility, gait, and functional training interventions to restore function and support safe patient discharge. New grads are encouraged with mentorship and onboarding; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; educate patients and families on treatment and safety; maintain compliant clinical documentation; participate in early mobility and patient progression during hospitalization; contribute to discharge planning and patient outcomes.
