Physical Therapist (New Grads Welcome!)

Perform physical therapy evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training. Support early patient progression during hospitalization, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, and educate patients and families on treatment and safety. Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation while working full-time days in a fast-paced acute care setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply with structured onboarding and mentorship to support their transition into acute care.
