Job Summary
Provide acute care physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and support safe patient discharge. Perform evaluations and develop plans of care; deliver mobility, gait, and functional training; support early mobility and patient progression during hospitalization. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning; educate patients and families on treatment and safety; maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation. New graduates are encouraged with structured onboarding and mentorship to support a successful transition into acute care.
Required Qualifications
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire
- Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
