Job Summary
Perform physical therapy evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training to restore function and improve patient mobility. Support early mobility and patient progression during hospitalization while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning. Educate patients and families on treatment and safety, and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation. New graduates are encouraged to apply with structured onboarding and mentorship to support a successful transition into acute care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
