Physical Therapist (New Grads Welcome!)

Provide acute care physical therapy services in an outpatient/acute hospital setting to restore function, improve mobility, and support safe patient discharge. Responsibilities include performing PT evaluations, developing plans of care, delivering mobility, gait, and functional training, supporting early mobility and patient progression during hospitalization, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning, educating patients and families on treatment and safety, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. New graduates are welcome with structured onboarding and mentorship. The role involves Lymphedema care within the Cancer Center and a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth within a large health system.
