Job Summary
Physical Therapist in outpatient acute care hospital setting. Responsibilities include performing physical therapy evaluations and developing plans of care; delivering mobility, gait, and functional training; supporting early mobility and patient progression during hospitalization; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning; educating patients and families on treatment and safety; maintaining accurate clinical documentation. New graduates are encouraged to apply with structured onboarding and mentorship. Qualifications require a PT degree (Bachelor/Master/Doctorate/Certificate) and a current state license, plus BCLS.
