Job Summary
Physical Therapist provides acute care PT services to restore function and mobility, supports safe patient discharge, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams in an outpatient/acute care hospital setting. New grads are encouraged with structured onboarding and mentorship; responsibilities include evaluations, plans of care, mobility/gait/functional training, early mobility, patient/family education, discharge planning, and compliant documentation. Location: Lombard, IL; Full-time, days; flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a large health system.
Required Qualifications
- 1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
- 2. Current state Physical Therapy license.
- 3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
