Physical Therapist (New Grads Welcome!)

Physical Therapist provides acute care physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and support safe patient discharge in an outpatient/acute hospital setting. Responsibilities include performing PT evaluations, developing plans of care, delivering mobility, gait, and functional training interventions, supporting early mobility and patient progression during hospitalization, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning, educating patients and families on treatment and safety, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
