Job Summary
Provide acute-care physical therapy to restore function, improve mobility, and support safe patient discharge. Responsibilities include PT evaluations and plans of care; delivering mobility, gait, and functional training; supporting early mobility and patient progression during hospitalization; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning; educating patients and families on treatment and safety; and maintaining accurate, compliant clinical documentation. New graduates are welcomed with structured onboarding and mentorship. Qualifications require a PT degree (Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate), current state PT license, and current BCLS. The role is full-time, non-exempt in Oak Park, IL, with a pay range of approximately $82,181 to $119,038 annualized plus a sign-on bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
