Physical Therapist (New Grads Welcome!)

Physical Therapist I provides acute care physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and support safe patient discharge. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with structured onboarding and mentorship. Responsibilities include PT evaluations, plans of care, mobility and functional training, early mobility support, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient/family education, and compliant clinical documentation.
