Physical Therapist (New Grads Welcome!)

Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop plans of care to restore function and improve mobility for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting. Deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training while supporting early patient progression during hospitalization. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning, educate patients and families on treatment and safety, and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation. New graduates are encouraged to apply with structured onboarding and mentorship to support a successful transition into acute care.
