Job Summary
Perform physical therapy evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training. Support early patient progression during hospitalization, collaborate on discharge planning, and educate patients and families on treatment and safety. Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation. New graduates are encouraged to apply with structured onboarding and mentorship. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $1,505.20 to $2,289.20 per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
