Physical Therapist (New Grads Welcome!)

Perform physical therapy evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training. Support early patient progression during hospitalization, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, educate patients and families on treatment and safety, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
