Job Summary
Perform physical therapy evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver therapeutic interventions for mobility and gait training. Support early patient progression during hospitalization, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, and educate patients and families on treatment and safety. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
