Physical Therapist (New Grads Encouraged)

Perform physical therapy evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training. Support early patient progression during hospitalization, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, and educate patients and families on treatment and safety while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
