Job Summary
Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments; create individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions; provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise; implement skin and wound-prevention strategies; educate clients and families to support long-term success; and document care using the intuitive EMR system. You will work with clients in their homes to regain independence, supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and structured mentorship for new graduates. Competitive weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a paid training program are available for full-time roles in Sierra Vista, Arizona.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility)
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)
