Physical Therapist - Mt. Pleasant Hospital - PRN

Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to develop and revise individualized treatment plans with specific goals. Deliver direct therapeutic interventions daily to outpatients, inpatients, pediatrics, and patients at off-site locations while providing instruction in therapeutic procedures to patients and families. Maintain accurate documentation of care, coordination of services, and progress in the electronic medical record, including co-signature for supervised physical therapy assistants. Supervise physical therapist assistants' treatment interventions and professional growth, and may precept clinical students. Coordinate care with physicians, agencies, and families to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation services.
