Job Summary

Administer physical therapy services including evaluations, reevaluations, and treatment plans for inpatients and outpatients under provider orders. Validate prescriptions, document findings using objective measures, and develop goals based on patient needs. Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices to restore function and alleviate pain. Educate patients on discharge planning, home exercise programs, and insurance requirements. Supervise physical therapy assistants, lead students, and conduct in-service training. Complete daily charge edits, participate in chart audits, and maintain professional knowledge through workshops and continuing education. Travel to off-site locations as needed for wellness programs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors and /or Master's and /or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA -accredited institution
3-5 years of experience in a hospital and outpatient setting
Licensed in NH by the NH State Board of Allied Health
CPR certified
Valid driver's license (implied by 'Will travel to off-site approved locations')
