Job Summary
Outpatient in-home physical therapy for older adults; evaluate, develop and implement physical therapy programs in patients' homes or in-home settings; supervise PT assistants and students; collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team; educate patients and caregivers to promote independence; perform home and community mobility assessments; maintain documentation and ensure safety; flexible schedule and travel within service area; H-1B sponsorship and relocation support available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in related field plus Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy plus 5 years PT experience
- Qualifying PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency
