Job Summary
Physical Therapist – Mobile Outpatient Therapy delivering in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults, including home-based care in private residences or independent living facilities. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, designing and guiding therapy programs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supervising PTAs, ensuring timely documentation and scheduling, facilitating referrals to other disciplines, promoting safety and independence, and supporting patient and caregiver education. Requires Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) and a valid PT license; eligible for H-1B sponsorship and relocation assistance. Flexible, in-home services across assigned locales with a full-time schedule (35 hours/week) and opportunities for clinical mentorship and CEUs.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
