Job Summary
Physical Therapist for Mobile Outpatient Therapy in Sioux Falls, SD, delivering in-home outpatient rehabilitation to older adults with a flexible 35-hour work week. Features include a $5,000 sign-on bonus, H-1B visa sponsorship and relocation assistance, and a national travel program enabling work across the U.S. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in their homes or in independent living facilities, developing and adjusting therapy plans, coordinating with the rehabilitation team, supervising assistants/students as needed, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to safety, providing patient and caregiver education, and conducting home/community mobility assessments. Must hold a PT license in the practice state(s) with the option of license eligibility; master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or related field with a bachelor’s in Physical Therapy) or a bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of PT experience. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from patients’ residence
