Job Summary
Physical Therapist – Mobile Outpatient Therapy needed to provide outpatient rehabilitation services for older adults in in-home and facility-based settings. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, developing and delivering individualized therapy programs, coordinating referrals to other disciplines, supervising PTAs and students as allowed by licensure, ensuring timely documentation and meetings, and educating patients and caregivers to promote independence. The role supports travel across the U.S. for in-home visits, with a flexible schedule in various settings. Qualifications require a PT license, a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent combinations), and a valid driver’s license. Visa sponsorship (H-1B) and relocation assistance are available.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to/from patients’ residence
