Job Summary
Physical Therapist to provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults, delivering and adapting PT programs in patients’ homes or in independent living facilities. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, supervising PT assistants and students, coordinating with the rehabilitation team, ensuring timely documentation and billing, and promoting safety and functional independence. Must hold an active PT license (or license eligibility) and possess the appropriate PT degree(s); H-1B visa sponsorship and relocation support are available. The role offers a flexible, full-time schedule with travel to patients’ residences and opportunities for mentorship and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in a Physical Therapy related field plus Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with 5 years progressive PT experience
- Foreign PT degree evaluation for U.S. equivalence
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patient residences
