Job Summary
Mobile, in-home/outpatient Physical Therapist providing rehabilitation services to older adults in private residences or independent living facilities. Role emphasizes evaluation, development and delivery of PT programs to restore and enhance functional abilities, patient and caregiver education, and collaboration with the rehabilitation team. Flexible schedule within an in-home/outpatient setting, with supervision of PT assistants and coordination with other disciplines; includes travel across the U.S. and potential for visa sponsorship and relocation support. 35 hours per week, full-time position with a $5,000 bonus and opportunities for mentorship, CEUs, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
