Physical Therapist (Milford)

Physical Therapist needed for a pediatric population (birth-18) in Milford, DE, at a full-time clinic shared with Nemours Specialty and Primary Care. Responsibilities include patient examination, evaluation, intervention, documentation, parent/caregiver education, and coordination of care with medical/clinical staff and outside agencies within department guidelines. Demonstrates competency in pediatric physical therapy; participates in interdisciplinary team meetings; may advise on durable medical equipment, home/school modifications, and transitional therapy prior to discharge. Requires Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent, Delaware licensure or provisional license upon hire, and BLS certification within 6 months of hire. Strong emphasis on pediatric care, documentation, insurance/referral processes, and collaboration with families and external services.
