PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Evaluate and treat patients of all ages with upper or lower extremity dysfunction, balance issues, pain, wounds, or burns. Design and implement treatment plans based on assessment findings, documenting interventions accurately and educating patients and families to achieve maximum independence. Assess muscle strength, range of motion, endurance, balance, pain, skin integrity, and overall function levels. Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and case reviews while supervising PT and PTA students and aides as needed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety policies and National Patient Safety Goals.
