Physical Therapist

Render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients through evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide direct and indirect patient care while communicating clearly and building relationships for a collaborative environment. Maintain accountability for performance and actively seek ways to improve the patient experience.
