Job Summary
Physical Therapist position at Wellstar Health System in Warm Springs, GA. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, organizing and delivering rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities; collaboration with physicians for treatment plans and goals; patient and family education; discharge planning and resource referrals; ensuring compliance with regulatory standards; documentation; participation in staff meetings and mandatory trainings; and contributing to safe, cost-effective patient care. Requires a Master of Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred) with at least 1 year of rehab experience in LTACH, acute care, or SNF; strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and basic computer skills. Location: Warm Springs, GA, US.
