Physical Therapist - Medical

Render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients using the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules process, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide direct and indirect patient care while communicating clearly, building relationships, and promoting a collaborative environment. Maintain accountability for performance, actively seek ways to improve the patient experience, and take initiative for professional growth within a winning team. Work a PRN schedule varying by day and week, with two weekend days required monthly.
